1991 Bailey touring caravan with porch awning, gas bottle, waste and clean water containers, fridge, cassette toilet, bunks and large double bed. Unladen weight 853kgsMax towing weight 1100kgs19 feet long inc tow hitchLeisure battery. Water heater, 12v and 240v lighting inc electric hookup cable. This caravan is good condition for its age. It does have a few areas of flaking veneer on doors etc which is common for these, also a stain on the front carpet, but will try cleaning this. Front window curtains are included, but not fitted due to us cleaning them. Exterior is clean and tidy with a couple of small scrapes on offside, also a couple of cracks to plastics around front windows. There is currently no damp in the caravan, but does show signs of an old leak around inside of front windows. Two skylights are working and watertight. Fridge works well with small freezer compartment. 4 ring gas job with grill but no oven. Tows very well with two good tyres and a spare underneath. Alko anti sway hitch, but wheel on jockey wheel is broken. Collection from BA14 area.
