This vintage Avondale touring caravan is perfect for those looking for a PROJECT or PARTS. I think it is a Perle model and it is 5 berth. It has been used only as a spare office in the garden. I think it is about 16 foot long.I need the space, so I’m selling it as a project or parts – please see the photos as these form part of the description!The caravan has had some damp (see photos) and the skylight blew off in a storm, so the toilet room has had damp too.It comes with everything on the photos: all the cushions, a spare wheel, the tables and two big awnings to fix on the caravan (I have never used these, so can’t guarantee the parts are all there!).It does have a fridge, an oven and hob, heater – but I have never plugged it into electric, so I do not know if anything works. As you can see, it needs some work to sort out leaks/damp patches. Or you could strip the parts and make some cash!This is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in a nice area of Liverpool 12 (L12). The buyer needs to take this away before the end of May 2024 at the latest.
