Have enjoyed owning this compact caravan for a few years but unfortunately small job to replace a window seal led to discovering of damp – a lot of it! From what I can see, is mainly restricted to front and front of each side (there is a seam where the plywood interior panels meet that I was working to). I have new seals to fit all 3 front windows and to go behind the aluminium trim that goes round caravan outside. If you can use a saw, jigsaw and a tape measure, should be a relatively simple, if time consuming, project. Unfortunately I’m working on 2 classic cars and about to rip the kitchen in the house out, so something has to give. Is on a nice braked chassis and only weighs about 600kg so is very easy to move about and can be towed by nearly anything. Narrow too, so no need for big mirrors. Has sink and gas burners (no water tanks but has gas bottle) and fridge but not sure if this works as have never tried it. There is room to put a toilet/shower and can stand up straight in most it (depending on how tall you are of course), try that in your teardrop mattress on wheels!
