For sale 4-berth caravan Avondale Dart 525/4 model, 2007 year, spare or repair rules due to damp issue inside.Fixed bed caravan with comfortable mattresse, rear washroom (shower and toilet). On the front there are two separate sofas what can made double bed. Lots of cupboards, storages. Clean laminate floor. Caravan is in good condition for age, but its not perfect, it has some using flawns ralated to age, normal wear and tear as well. Needs some tlc, but nothing seriously, can be used without problem.Please see photos what are actually and show current state of caravan.Photos are part of description.Everything is working – all appliances clean and work without issue.Caravan is clean and ready to use, but please note that there is some damp inside, it is not smelling and not visable, but feels soft in touch.
