Caravan comes with large awning and annex bedroom, but they got damaged in the wind a few years ago, we had it repaired but still has loose stiching around doorway, a few bent poles and the annex bedroom is a bit grubby but both are still useable. Built in full size cooker 4 gas rings, seperate oven and grill, storage for pots and pans underneath. All windows are intact but a few window stays are missing. ( these can be bought quite cheaply on amazon or ebay) comes with 3 way fridge and a water heater, because we had the caravan sited we only used these on 240v so cannot check if they work on gas as the bottle is empty. comes with nearly new crockery set, cutlery, kitchen utensils, drinking glasses, mugs, tv with remote, microwave,kettle, iron & ironing board, 2 glass oven dishes, electric hook up lead, water pump, caravan steps, electric flush cassette Toilet, mugs, waste master and 40l rolling water barrel with handle. Bathroom vanity tatty and cracked but sink is water tight,(see pictures) Everything works as should unless otherwise stated.
