Van as pictures, viewing available. some damp, not perfect. needs a little TLC. but very useable. hot water heater works great, shower ok, cooker good, fridge good. Heating never been used except for the electric part which worked fine. Television gas bottles water rolls not included. Big awning I have never used but is included so do not know condition.
