We bought this caravan 3 years ago and have enjoyed touring so much with it that we have decided to upgrade .So we are now selling our 6 berth Avondale Dart. Serviced in Oct 19. Alko hitchlock.Remote motor mover .New battery .Everything works but there is a few age related marks .Caravan is on a farmers field and could do with a good outside clean . We have a man do it in March . Serviced has shown slight damp by toilet and back bunks . This is due to the outside seal for the toilet cassette door needs resealing .Kit for doing so is included as I bought it . Cracked lower bunk window but it doesnt leak . Windows can be replaced . In 2011 a tree hit the door side rear end . This was all reoaired by insurance and all documentation is included with all handbooks and service record .There are little dents around this area that the previous owner put stickers on. It does look a little messy but there is no issues / leaks from this side .We were going to get this area wrapped .I have tried to be as honest as I can.We are a 50 year old couple so the van hasnt been abused.It would make a great first time van but it is nearly 20 years old .Caravan is stored in Southport .
