avondale sandmartin two berth caravan used many years, beds are very comfortable because they were made by waring and gillow a luxury option when they were made.fitted with duel fuel carver water heater, gas fire with vents all around the van, shower, drop down sink and cassette toilet that empties from outside, gas hob and oven.now the bad news there is some damp, over the years i have replaced a lot of the wood frame but now i am getting to old. so you would need to do some work.would suit a young beginner of maybe storage or living on a building siteso you are bidding on the caravan and all above only.but if the buyer wants i am willing to sell the spare wheel (optional extra) gas bottle with about 3/4 full of gas, a two step step, electric hook up cable, aquaroll 40 litre fresh water container and a waste container all for £100theres enough to start you carravaning.i am happy for you to view or ask questions and i would finish the bidding early with the right offer
