This is a really lovely retro caravan in very good condition. We are only selling as we have bought another that fits on our driveway better otherwise we would not part with this gem!
There are many original features including radiator, working gas mantle, fridge with ice box (that works from gas or electric, and spotless oven with gas hob. It also comes with a wonderful Salou Awning that doubles the size and comes with fitted curtains.
Illuminated Cocktail cabinet with bottle holders, hidden lighting in the upper shelf in living area and original electric lighting plus additional spotlights.
There is no water ingress the only issues the van has are a repaired ceiling vent and a cracked corner of the kitchen window neither of these leak or cause any issue at all and we have been told are not worth repairing. Will need a spare tyre and the wheel hubs showed have fallen off so will need replacing.
The caravan had a thorough service 2 years ago with brakes replaced electrics and gas parts replaced along with the battery and jockey wheel (invoice of nearly £700 available). The chassis is perfect and as with caravans of this vintage extremely robust and without damage or wear.
The toilet room is classic design and comes with a porta loo that has never been used was taken out of box it came in and that’s all!
Comes with sliding tiled table between seating, mattress, kettle and Microwave oven.
