Here we have for sale is our lovely little Avondale wren a much sought after little caravan with it being the size it is not many little ones left. I bought this caravan just before winter as a little project to get it ready for the summer when I got it it had damp around the rear upper windows so I replaced the plywood and re sealed it all in with new wallboard etc.The caravan is fitted with a gas heater with an electric fan it also has a water heater and pumped water system. It has a working shower and toilet along with a fridge oven and gas hob ther is an awning large awning included with sale. There are 2 gas bottles upfront and there are wasted and clean water containers included. The caravan is used and is by no means perfect and will require some tlc here and there viewing is highly recommended as this is the first caravan I have owned so I am by no means a caravan dealer. The caravan has a slight drip of water under really heavy rain from the rear window I would recommend fitting new window seals I just never got around to it as said please come and see for yourself call me anytime on 07899911834 with and questions you may have thanks for looking
