Comes with full awning, waste barrel, clean water barrel. Has fridge, gas cooker, cassette toilet all works. No water heater as removed by previous owner. The front rail above the window had a leak but my partner repaired and resealed, so the wood work at the front is damaged but it hasn’t effected us using it and the wall doesn’t feel sponges, could be an ideal project if you wanted to replace the wood but we now need a 4 berth and haven’t got time. I’ve done some paint work inside and fablon to make it look a little more modern, the bathroom will be completed before buyer collects and all new handles I bought will also be put on. The awning comes with ground sheet and side skirt. There is also a table in the bathroom which we used in the awning when we went away. Grey throw overs will come with the van but not the grey/pink cushions. All curtains have been washed. It’s an old van so don’t expect something brand new, there is wear and tear but it’s fantastic for its age and is an ideal starter van. The two sofas at the front pull out to a comfy double. It fit me, my partner and our two children perfectly. BATHROOM WILL BE COMPLETED before buyer collects and all new silver handles put on.
