Welcome to the sale of our caravan, only selling due to health reasons, it has blinds and fly screens, also a door fly screen, new items this year, leisure battery, 2 tyres, awning light, 4 big feet, awning skirt and external electric socket for the awning, it comes with aqua roll, wastemaster, 2 gas bottles, tv aerial, electric hook up lead, awning mat, it has an awning (does need several repairs) all caravan manuals, also comes with kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, bowls, electric heater, plus lots more, All of these were done in July 23, grey window infill was replaced, most of the outside green infill was replaced, the back lights were replaced with a newer version,Bad pointsFloor is spongy in places, but there is no damp in the van it’s purely wear and tear, the front left hand window has crazing on it, it’s the inner skin not the window,we have just come back from being away in it for two weeks and the blow air started to squeal, a dry bearing I suspect, needs a grease or oiling, the bathroom tap broke, but it’s the connector not the tap, the awning suffered 2 tears in the roof, and 3 round the door, it’s a royal welbeck lightweight 390, it’s repairable, please remember it’s not in showroom condition, I’m sure it’s made lots of happy memories, and is able to make more, it’s not flimsy like new ones are, please no silly offers, it’s in storage and it’s…
