I believe this is a very early Avondale-nearly 50 years old.I bought this 4 years ago as a play house/sleep over pod for my kids.Sadly I’ve hardly used it.It had been used as a sewing pod by the previous owner.It has no cooking facilities or toilet though these could be put back in.It has sofas that can be made into a bed.I believe it is watertight although it is damp in one corner.I know nothing about caravans so will struggle to answer questions but will do my best.Although it was towed to my new house 3 years ago but please only bid if you can collect on a trailer.I have the original manual.A fab looking caravan that would make a lovely project for someone
