In my opinion I would say the the caravan is in good clean condition for a 2009 model
There are absolutely no signs of damp and All the appliances are working as they should there are no nasty smells i.e smokers pets or damp.
Perfect family caravan
The caravan comes supplied with the following items
Motor mover
Large leisure battery
Hitch lock
Gas bottles
Aqua roll X2 small and large
Wastemaster
Mains lead

Full porch awning with breathable ground sheet
There is a few small chips and dings on the one of the kitchen worktops
But overall good condition
The caravan is also supplied with the handbook and a CRIS certificate of confirmation which shows no outstanding finance and no other issues
