Bathroom at rear has a separate toilet, shower and basin. Full size gas cooker. Hot water, heating has optional blow air or just heater, runs on gas or electric. Fridge all works but the freezer flap is missing. Two skylights, both watertight but on one the plastic runners for the blind has deteriorated. There was a leak over the front windows and the interior panel needs replacing as it had gone soft, I can give you the details of a companywho supplies caravan interior panels, it’s about £50 for a 2.4 x 1.2m sheet so not expensive to repair if you can DIY. No other leaks. One of the offside windows is missing but has been sealed with a matching panel. There are a few marks around the outside and a scuff to the nearside rear corner with a small piece missing from the light cluster. 4 good tyres plus spare.
