The caravan has early signs of water ingress at the back left corner and to right side of the back window.
This
is a 5 berth family caravan with a front seating area which provides 2 single
beds or very large double, a centre washroom and kitchen, wardrobe, with
another lounge area at the rear which provides a further double 2 berth
sleeping area with a single bunk above.
This caravan has been
kept in very good condition for its age both inside and out (other than the water ingress)and benefits from
gas & electric heating , 4 ring hob, grill, 3 way fridge, gas & electric hot water, 12 volt &
240 volt lighting, shower, cassette toilet, vanity unit, blinds & fly
screens, lots of storage, Alco hitch & lock, water barrel, waste barrel, mains hook up

This caravan has previously had another water ingress to the front off
side upper window area and has been sealed and is now dry but could benefit
from replacing a small amount of boarding to make perfect as the panel inside
