• Avondale Rialto Caravan, with a motor move. The caravan benefits from a large wash room fitted with shower, basin and cassette toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size gas cooker with 4 rings oven and grill. There is a good size kitchen sink, with a cover creating a large work area. Under the work surface the 3 way (12v 250v and gas) fridge is locate. Opposite the kitchenette another work surface below is the truma gas/ 240v electric blown air heating system. To the front of the caravan is the seating area with a built-in table. Under the seats the gas / electric boiler is located as is the 12v battery charger. The floor is carpeted with the original red carpeting.
• To my knowledge there is no damp in this van, however the floor is suffering delamination
• Outside there is 4 locked cupboards, 1 containing the cassette for the toilet, 2nd is the gas locker with room for 2 6kg propane cylinders, 3rd contains 12v battery and motor mover isolation switch, and finally at the front of the caravan is the wet locker
• The caravan is 20 years old and has the wear and tear you would expect from a vehicle of this age
• The caravan is located near Marlborough in Wiltshire.
