Service history included, last service in December 2020 shows no damp.Used once in 2021 hence selling.

There is a small hairline crack in the washroom sink, the shower hose will also need replacing – we never used the shower or sink, we used the facilities on site.
This doesn’t affect the toilet which is fully working and has a supply of cleaning fluids etc to accompany. The reserve price is lowered to reflect having to replace the sink – should you wish to.
