Have decided to sell my lovely 2 berths 17-foot caravan after realizing that I can no longer justify keeping it. In the last 8 years it has been used 5 times! The exterior does have minor blemishes because it is over 20 years old, although fully watertight. Jet washed today & no ingress of water whatsoever. The interior shows very little signs of wear. We have never used the oven in all the 15 years we have owned it.
