This is a great starter caravan. It is a 1996 model and we bought it from the original owners who were older caravan enthusiasts who had it from new and really looked after it. We bought the caravan around 5 years ago and have used it 2 or 3 times each year. We are looking to upgrade to a caravan with fixed bunks as we have new grandchildren.The caravan layout is as follows:double bench dining area at the front which converts to a spacious double bed. kitchen and bathroom at the centre plus wardrobe and storage drawersa rear dinette that converts into a single bed. There are fixings in place for a second elevated bed but this would need to be sourced separatelyThe caravan is 5.94m x 2.13m.There is hot and cold running water to the kitchen and bathroom sink and shower. There is a flushing chemical toilet.The kitchen has a 4 ring gas cooker, grill and oven. The fridge has an integrated freezer shelf. The caravan comes with a water tank, water connector pipes and waste water receptacle. There is no damp whatsoever in the caravan and there has never been a damp issue. All the furnishings and curtains/blinds are in good condition. All sockets and lights are in good working order.
