Avondale Perle Olympus Caravan , early 90s , I got this with the intention of a making it a project but now have other financial commitments, so I am looking to move it on.
It does need some TLC but its usable.
It comes with a full size awning included, I can show this if you would like to come and view, I got a broken/repaired collar bone at the moment so cant put the awning up on my own.
Features;
ALKO Kober chassis – manual included
Avondale handbook.
4 berth, 2 adults and 2 children as back bed is smaller.
Double Glazing
Electrolux RM212 fridge-not tested, manual included.
Carver Trumatic SB1800T heater- not tested, manual included
Thetford cassette toilet Porta Potti- manual included
Spinflo hob and grill, not tested, manual included.
All cushions and curtain in god order, no tears , stains etc.
2 roof vents, 1 above kitchen area, the other in the separate toilet room.
Lots of storage space including wardrobe area.
Keys for all external compartments.
Full length Bradcot awning, some slight damage to one zip but useable.
Bad bits;
Leak around front window area, I have sealed this with mastic and tape so its not leaked over the winter, there is some internal panel damage and front window sill damage due to the leak.
Plastic outer panels are cracked in areas.
Door lock will not lock , there are available on ebay.
Wood affect cupboards/doors are worn and the finish has come off, they still work ok just look a bit tatty.
Needs some TLC to make in fresh again.
