Avondale Perla 4/5 berth caravan with porch awning. This has been used by us for the last 10 years, bare in mind it was built 1991/1992, so does have dinks and scuffs. We painted the outside with solo paint 5 years ago and still looks good. Cooker gas rings and grill work, interior lights work, as do the running lights (7pin connection). We had a new hot water tank thermostat last year and works well. The shower and oven have never been used by us and the gas fire as we have a fan heater on site. All cushions are comfortable, but expect some wear and tear. Fridge works although the trim of this is held with duct tape at the moment.caravan was used last week and rolled along fine. Tyres are in good condition, new owner will need a leisure battery. We can show you water and gas working. Water hog and electric pump included as well as gas bottle with some gas in. Handbrake may need adjustment. There was damp in locker box 10 years ago, but always been dry since repair. Guide books and manuals are in the van. The van runs on alko chassis.The winning bidder is responsible for the removal of the caravan, there are no warranties implied or given.
