1989 Avondale Perle caravan, much loved but ageing and in need of a new home.It is a small four berth, only thirteen foot long, ideal for a family with two younger children. The front seating area has a detachable table and converts into a small double bed plus two bunk beds at the rear. The bunks can be removed and turned into a dinette for two. There is a small closed off area containing a sink and a portable chemical toilet. The kitchen area contains a fridge (runs off both mains and leisure battery), gas hob, grill and sink with a draining board. Underneath and above are storage cupboards, and there are further cupboards at the front and rear. There is also a larger cupboard for hanging clothes. The caravan is supplied with a large awning (in very good condition) which doubles the available space. At the front of the caravan is an exterior storage space which contains a spare wheel, gas bottle, extension lead, tools etc. It comes with a waste water container, clean water container, stabiliser bar, fire extinguisher and a security lock for the tow hitch.
