No damp or leaks. Been re sealed and had flooring done no soft or bounciness no damp behind cupboards or on walls. Originally was a metal pull down bunk at back but changed it to fixed steadier bunks. Side dinette turns into a single bed or a set of bunks. Front turns into a large double. Tons of storage cupboards, flushing toilet with shower and sink, fly screen nets and pull down black out blinds on all windows, blow heating. Tv swing bracket and pull down shelf, removable tables side and front. All windows water tight. Lights and spot lights and good battery, gas cooker in pristine condition gas fire heater and very clean fridge freezer. Under floor storage with spare wheel also comes with awning, water carriers,water pump,battery,wheel winder,step,hook ups,ladders,and whatever else is in there. Pretty much ready for holidays. Curtains have all been taken out and washed along with pelmets which will be included in sale.
