This van is in storage in Herne Bay, Kent. Viewings welcomed. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING IF YOU WIN. We bought this van with the aim of renovating it. Although it needs a bit of work, it appealed to us as it has a dinette at the back. As there’s just the 2 of us, we intended on making it into a permanent double bed & closing it off. However, since then my husband’s health has suffered & he can no longer drive.With a bit of TLC this caravan could be an absolute belter. All the windows, blinds & fly screens are in good working order, as are the electrics, gas & toilet. It has solid floors & apart from a leak to the front window, which has now been fixed, it is dry. We presume it tows well because the people we bought it from had just come back from a holiday in Cornwall & then towed it to us, from Cranbrook, in Kent. The tyres are good & the spare looks like it has never been used. Included:Awning Clean water barrel Spare Wheel Negatives:Although the oven is okay, the door is broken & irreplaceable.The inside front panel will need replacing because of the leak.The handle on the skylight is broken.No door key. Storage available if needed at £70 every 3 months.
