I am selling our 5th berth Avondale caravan. Year 1998. Sitting area at the front is a big double and the back sitting area transfers into a double, with a bunk above. It has a Center kitchen with 3 way fridge (but unfortunately this isn’t working) Oven, Grill and 4 burner hob, Hot and cold water, shower, casette toilet and hand basin. 12/240 Mains electrics, Blown air heating. Blinds, flyscreens and curtains.Very clean for its age and also includes Awning, ground sheet, electricity lead, clean and dirty water container, hitch lock and double sleeping compartment for the awning.
