Kitchen has 4 burner hob, oven, 3 way fridge with freezer compartment, sink.
Bathroom has fold-down sink, thetford cassette toilet, and shower with curtain.
Carver 300 Heater with blow air function.
Cascade 2 water heater.
Plug points and TV aerial.
2 point USB for phone/ tablet charging that works off of 12V.

We have used this caravan, so it tows perfectly.
Spare wheel is brand new.
All upholstry in really good, clean condition.
Original carpet in perfect condition as has always been covered by other carpets/ flooring.
Window blinds and fly screens all in good working order, and present in all windows except the small back side windows (as per manufacture)
All manuals available.
Full awning with no rips or tears, and curtains included.
This caravan has damp (see picture). We have pulled out the back side panel where the damp is, but do not feel that we can complete the restoration due to busy work schedules.
All parts are ready to go back in, i.e. window, seat, etc. Batons and MDF panels will need to be replaced. We have purchased the MDF panels already, so they will be provided with the caravan.
