Avondale Pennine 1997 touring caravan. Single axle.Double bed in lounge & double bed at the back in a separate bedroom area. Comes with brand new mattress for the back bedroom, still in packaging.All electrics are working, lights & sockets, although lights will need to be looked at, as I can only turn them on & off at the mains. I know nothing about electrics.Gas has been disconnected, so will need looking at. But we have been using it just with electric. It has a working toilet room.Will leave a TV in the caravan for you also.It has worktop area with a microwave, but does not have a cooker or sink. This can be replaced pretty cheaply.We bought this as a project to keep my husband busy, but we just haven’t had the time to work on it. Interior & cupboards have been painted white, can be painted any colour. Caravan has blackout blinds, but no curtains.Seat pads have been previously reupholstered, but could do with a clean, carpet could also do with a clean.Nice clean caravan, inside & out & in good condition for a 1997 model.Nice little caravan, just needs a bit of TLC.Any questions, please ask.Please arrange for your own collection only, we can not deliver.Collection is from Spennymoor, Durham.Cash on collection is preferred.
