The swivel Thetford toilet alone is worth the starting price. Add 11 good windows and the appliances at 2nd hand prices, the total worth is £1,000. I’ve put a low starting price in the hope that someone will restore rather than strip.She’s a beautiful 4 birth 1970’s Avondale Osprey Super. In original condition, the electrics work, and tows well. All the windows are good including the 2 lanterns, and still has the gas light above the table.I had bought this as a quick clean up job for the family caravan, but it needs a bit more than me waving a dust pan and brush around. Shame, but I just don’t have the skills.Includes Electrolux fridge, Carver heater, swivel Thetford toilet, Radford oven and hob. The gas supply to them works but the fridge is disconnected, so they are all untested. All the lights inside and out work.The Thetford is plumbed in, and the bathroom has a 240v water heater above the sinkThe sky light has leaked in the past and caused damage to one side of the ceiling, from the back door to the sky light on one side. Some floor planks under the leak are soft, and it is soft by the door. The end of the sofa cushion and the wooden end have also had water damage. The wood around the window behind the sink needs replacing and the side panels either side. All of the wood surrounds in all the other windows are solid.The cupboards and doors…
