Avondale Osprey 4 Berth touring caravan 2004……..2 long sprung sofas that make 2 large single beds or large double bed. In the centre is a dinette with under seat storage that easily converts to bunk beds each with it’s own light and privacy curtain…..The kitchen Strauss a large worktop, wine cabinet, 3 way fridge with freezer box, spotless full size cooker and 2 way extractor fan, there is also a separate folding table…..At the rear is a large washroom with large separate fully lined and lit shower cubicle and electric flush toilet, there is also a large wardrobe and mirrored cabinet EVERYTHING in this caravan works perfectly…..the caravan has 12/240 volt lights and blinds and fly screens fitted to all Windows and rooflights……The interior of this caravan is in stunning condition, very fresh with no signs of damp, the floor is rock solid and has a hatch under which is the spare wheel, the carpet is original and in really good condition. There is also an on board water tank and internal water pump and water heater. There is gas/ electric blown air heating with an outlet in the wash room making the whole caravan toastie hot. Also fitted is a digital tv aerial……..On the outside there are a few surface stress cracks in the plastic, these in no way affect the usability of the caravan and would be an easy winter diy project, other than that the exterior is in good condition for a 16 year old caravan……There is…
