We are selling our beloved caravan that we have enjoyed many fun and exciting holidays in for the last 10 years. The only reason for selling is that we have moved house and we no longer have the space on the drive to keep it.The caravan includes the following:We will include a full awning and poles with the purchase of the caravan (see attached photo).Caravan has a built in fridge that works on a 12 volt battery, gas or electric and is in full working order.Has a gas hob with grill and oven built in and these are also in full working order.Has a built in gas fire which is in full working order.We will include a water tank and waste water tank with the purchase (Hitchman Aquaroll and wastemaster).Water pump fully working for cold and hot water. However please note that when testing on weekend the hot water didn’t heat up. The gas is getting to it but with no spark (minor job).We will include a 30 metre electric hook up lead.We have recently purchased a new leisure battery for the caravan which will be included.Will also include a stabiliser bar.2 wheel stands for taking off the wheels for storage.Gas bottle included.Steps to get in to caravanWing mirror extension Fire ExtinguisherDue to not being used over the winter I have noticed small damp patch by the front window.
