Does not smell.Vintage 1980’s with all original fittings including real wood veneer cabinets.Original upholstery and carpet clean and unstained.This has been stood for several years. All appliances were working up until it was parked up but have not been tested since.Good clean oven.Good size fridge. Shower.Truma water heater (drained for winter) Cassette toilet.Awning (untested)Water barrel and grey water container.Step.Mains hook up lead.Good tyres including new spare.Small Calor gas bottle.Full set of keys including door, front exterior cabinet, hitch lock and cassette toilet door.Solid floor.This model has a one piece roof which means no leaky roof seams.New jockey wheel.Bad bits…No leisure battery!Some damp in all corners.Stained pelmet at front above front window.Internal panes of windows are badly crazed.Curtains and blinds showing age.Bad external repair above left hand wheel (see picture)This is sold as a project, spares or repairs.
