Avondale mayfair caravan 2002This is being sold for spare or repair due to being left by the previous owners for me to sellThere is some damp in the van mainly in the bathroom which is in need of repairs as shown in the picsHas a broken fly screen, curtains are in caravan just need hanging I have cheeked the fridge which works on gas & electric, the cooker all works oven & grill on gas the clip is broken on the bottom of the oven so held with tapeThe fire works on both gas & electric, blow heating also worksWater heater & pump all work tooTyres all hold air but need to say that the caravan has been stored on a store & stay site & has not been towed on a road for at least 4 years , I have cheeked the electrics for towing & all work as they shouldThere is some damage on the outside of the van on the back corner as shown in pic , bearing in mind it is 20 years oldI have tried to explain the caravan as best as I can but i may have missed some bits Viewing is highly recommended so you can see for yourself The caravan will be sold as seen to the highest bidder even if you choose not to viewCollection to be made within 7 days of auction ending Cash or bank transfer on collection no paypal
