The Avondale has a fair bit of repair work needed, however could be considered as a work in progress – with faults as followed: deep scrape visible across far side; missing skirting on far side; nearside bulges outwards at the left side of the door; door is coming away from frame; damage noticeable to interior walls; damp located in bathroom and along front window which also has damage to wall boarding; parts of shower have been removed.
