We have owned this Avondale caravan since new and it was first purchased in 2000. It has been used for family holidays in the UK and the occasional trip to France, until March 2020.This caravan has no damp and is structurally sound. Specification includes 4 ring gas cooker with grill, fridge/freezer box (powered by gas or electric), hot water (electric powered) and running water system with toilet in full working order. Front seating area converts into a large king size bed and side seating into bunks beds (new foam mattress required for top bunk). Toilet, basin and shower (the shower has never been used in favor of site facilities). Comes complete with:Full awning (Trio sport) including curtains, two annex attachments with sleeping insertsRubber under flooring and awning carpet Crockery set for 8 people including numerous accessoriesFamily patio table with six matching chairsWheel lock and Hitch lockWaste water container and aqua-roll for fresh waterAnti snake stabiliser Wheel jack As a 20 year old caravan it does show signs of wear are tear consistent with age but is generally in good condition.
