2005 Avondale Golden Osprey 4 berth caravan.These were amazingly high spec caravans at the height of production, its such a shame that they didn’t respond fast enough to keep themselves in business.This 4 berth caravan is a single axle, comes complete with Al-Ko stabiliser hitch, motor mover, instruction packs, original handbook, 2 custom wine glasses that fit in the cabinet, alloy wheels, loose fit carpets and even the original 15K bill of sale!Everything on the van works with the exception of the gas ignitor on the fire (common fault but works on electric)The layout consists of twin opposing benches to the front with side dinette converting to bunks (there is no bunk curtain, ladder or top bunk mattress – didn’t bother us at the time as we are just a couple)The caravan is quite well equipped for its age, caravan microwave, blown air heating, electric toilet flush, electric gas ignitions, separate shower, onboard water pump, Truma hot water boiler, external gas 240v and awning heat vent and finally a truma gas monitor located in the rear wardrobe.It has been additionally fitted with a power touch motor mover which is in full working order.Unfortunately in its 17 years its had a few repairs, a batten has been screwed to the side of the dinette to repair previous damage and support the table (not the neatest but serves a purpose).
