Includes, Truma Ultrastore, gas and electric water heating system, central heating with vents into the two main sleeping compartments and the main part of the caravan, also one which can be opened into awning space. Layout is two double beds and one bunk (we never used the bunk so can’t comment on how it works). Separate side bathroom compartment consisting of shower, wash basin, storage cupboard and Thetford Cassette toilet. Electric water pump. Gas outlet into the awning for bbq (Not included) Includes built in fly screens and blinds on all double glazed windows, door and roof lights. Has a sliding roof light for lots of ventilation. Good sized wardrobe and lots of under seating storage space. Spotlights and built in Blaupunkt radio / CD player, built in TV aerial. comes with built in 4 ring gas hob, grill and oven, built in Electrolux fridge can be mains or gas powered. Integral Alko stabiliser. Spare wheel, alloy wheels. CRIS registered. No finance on caravan. Unfortunately there is some damp in the caravan, which you may want to get fixed. Complete with 2 gas bottles, could also include a porch awning. Cushions and curtains all in very good condition, all appliances working, really comfortable caravan. Smoke free and Pet free use.
