1997 Avondale caravan. Classed as a 5 berth but easilly sleeps 4, double bed at front and large single and bunk at rear. This caravan is really good for its age and has no damp issues and has a fully working gas oven and hob. The fridge works fine off electricity/battery but struggles to ignite off the gas so needs attention if relying on gas. The caravans central heating works fine on electricity but the gas heater also does not ignite and we have never used it. Hot water works fine and pump is supplied. The caravan comes with a brand new leisure battery and 1 year old alko stabaliser hitch see pic. Also included is a fully working toilet with casette. The caravan has 2 good tyres and a spare.
