1998 Avondale Firbeck 4 birth caravan limited edition. Under floor heating, full size awning, end bathroom, alko hitch, fully working gas fire, fridge, gas oven & hob, fly screens, curtains, blinds, gas kettle, toaster, outside table, Even plastic cups, plates & bowls! Literally everything you need! aqua roll, waste water container – everything you need to get up and caravanning. It has bunk beds designed for small children and the sofas at the front of the caravan turn in to a double bed. We also had an alko hitch fitted. Please note that despite the caravan being in full working order and good condition for its age, there is a damp issue on the OS wall as shown in the photos and the floor is also spongy. We have owned this caravan for 7 years and we bought it with these issues. The Caravan is still fully useable and will have years of caravanning left in it. But it has its damp issues and it’s a 22 year old caravan.Viewings are welcome, there is no buy it now price, the auction is just to run as it is.
