The outside condition is good and presentable, it has some dings near door from awning pole during storms but not major. Overall generally a clean van for year. Tyres on caravan are both good just replaced the one with new, clean windows no cracks. The inside of the caravan absolutely completely dry and clean no leaks, upholstery & curtains good, the caravan benefits from a large fridge with freezer ( electric only) good size oven, grill & hob, sink & drainer. gas fire needs attention should you need as we used convector heater off site mains, all other appliances all working. Battery charged up ready to use, electrics working, there’s a dining table to use in the lounge area & got a nice storage place when not in use, at rear side is a 2 seat area with table which turns in to a bunk bed, at the rear there is a door off to cassette toilet & shower room, sink with vanity unit in the middle, large wardrobe to the right.
