Hi there We are selling our 6 birth caravan its 2004 single axel have had it 2 year now and it has served us well. Try to be as honest as possible Has a small crack on front window inside part, but this is only inside pain so still water tight. There is no damp or leaks, as far I can tellobviously has age related where and tear but great condition for year. Water heater shower taps sinks toilet all working as should. Has electric heater works great. Has gas cooker we have only used it a few times but works well. It has had some works done to seal in one area out side but that was before we had it and looks like it has been professionally done, just a mention…. like I sead general where for age but still tidy little caravan. Selling with an awning see images. Wheel lock , hitch lock and various extra bits. Have replaced tyres last year. Has cover used when in storage. But could do with replacing……….Buyer to collect………………This caravan is in storage so buyer will have to contact me befor pick up so I can retrieve it for them.
