Hi and thanks for looking.As you can see from the photos, I would say in my opinion the caravan is in good condition for a 2001 model.There are no nasty smells ie smokers, pets or damp and all appliances are working as they should.The caravan is lightweight only weighing 1025 KG unlaidenned and 1300 KG fully laidenned.
