This was given to me by my parents who are no longer able to handle a caravan or drive long distances to use it. I think it’s a 2013 model. Comes with a stack of paperwork. 2 keys. This model has the spare wheel indeed the floor which was one of the reasons my dad bought this model. There is a large bathroom so isn’t the fixed bed model. Needs a re seal / repair.
