2002 Avondale Dart 475-4 4 berth, double bed at the front and fold out bunk beds at middle dining table area. Completely water tight with no previous damp anywhere. Gas has been removed and electric cooker hob installed with new worktop and new sink. Microwave installed also. Wall mounted TV with detachable external aerial. Rear cupboard removed for added space for our sons travel cot so this has created more space for a cot or dog bed etc. Plenty of storage in overhead cupboards. Chemical toilet with shower. Aqua roll and water pump along with wastemaster and electric hook up cable will come with the caravan. I have also replaced the original carpet with a laminate effect vinyl which is far easier to keep clean than carpet. 2 sockets at the passenger side do not work however a multiplug extension solved this issue and there is a small scuff at the passenger front of the caravan, these are the only known issues. Both tyres recently replaced, brakes and wheel bearings all good, inspection welcome. Hitch and handbrake in full working order. All in all this is a good budget caravan that has served us well, we have used it on 3 occasions since the campsites reopened after lockdown with no issues so the caravan is ready to be used by the new owner.
