I am selling for my aunt her 2 birth Avondale custom perle 2 birth caravan, the van is an 80’s model, (I am not sure of the exact year) it has been living under the trees so will need a good clean, I have just been to see it and noticed a slight leak coming from the skylight but I am sure it could be easily fixed, all windows are in good order with no cracks, the seating is clean and comfortable, I did not see any damp patches anywhere other than where the skylight was leaking, floor seemed sound, the caravan has a separate toilet/wash room, gas hob with grill, fridge with small ice box compartment, sink and some cupboard space and drawers, some of the varnish has chipped and cracked on the units but it is an old van and can easily be fixed up and tarted a bit, the van is towable and I have been told all the things that are supposed to work do work, I am ringing her later to find out a bit more about it, what it comes with etc, I will update as soon as I can, She has no use for it as she works to many days and doesn’t have the time to go away and use it, a very cheap little caravan that could be used for holidays, site office or contractors accommodation The van does require a bit of TLC but is good to goCollection…
