Avondale Custom caravan – 5 berth, lovely clean caravan comes with water and waste carriers, porch awning and full awning with carpet, also included is a small tv. There is no damp as far as we are aware, the floor is slightly spongy at the entrance but it has not caused us any problems, a new leisure battery is needed, this would be an ideal starter van.
