Avondale 5 berth caravan spares or repair, living space / large double bed to the front smaller double with pull out bunk to the rear, bathroom with shower does need a new sink: kitchen needs revamp but does come with another cooker, awning will need a good clean and a small repair but I have the repair kit for it, does have a bit of damp to sort out I have 2 new wall boards to go with it they don’t match but you won’t see much of them. Also water tank pump thermal cover drainage and crease water pipes and the tank has a self level fitted. Heater works great on gas never used it on electric. Wheels and tyres are good, also I have a brand new water filter and new blue trim for the awning rails I have started doing this. I priced up the bits it needs and worked out quite reasonable but I don’t have time and loosing my storage will be sad to see it go, Any questions please message I am open to offers as I need to move it asap thanks for looking.
