Lovely condition 5 berth Avondale Dart caravan built 2005, CRiS Registered in 2006, has built in alarm.
Serviced pre Covid restrictions in April 2019 and new tyres fitted as recommended barely used due to Covid restrictions, has spare.
Lightweight and easily towable by a medium sized car.
Comes with x2 awnings one full size with annexe and one porch (both work, need a ground sheet)
King size bed at front, double and bunk at rear.
All furnishings are in excellent condition with no rips, tears or stains.
All blinds are in good working order.
The caravan was fitted with a Rhyno motor mover in 2015.
New Leisure battery purchased April 2021 from Halfords.
Cooker, heater and water all work both on gas and electric. All 4 rings, grill and cooker work.
Has historically had repair at front of the caravan, that we have no information about, not shared when we purchased from dealer in 2019 only discovered recently when brother queried additional rail at front of the caravan (see pictures).
Caravan is clean throughout and a good example for its age. We have
not seen or smelt any physical signs of damp throughout the caravan, such as mould,
sponginess or staining. The report in 2019 did not indicate anything of concern however, the caravan has had a substantial period of being in storage and not used due to…
