ITS DECENT CONDITION for its age we have owned it for 6years now and I have done a few jobs to it as it suffered damp at the seating area window so stripped it out and replaced the wallboard 4 years ago and all has been fine ever since . All electrics work as they should in the van ELECTRIC 240v HOT WATER HEATER works with no issues at all it has alloy wheels fitted and has spare wheel . all windows have fly screens fitted and it has door fly screen fitted by me 5 years ago . It comes with a full awning also has a wind out canopy which was on the van when we bought it still works perfect as shown in the pics it has door alarm fitted by me its still got many years left in it yet . its all ready to hook up and enjoy holidays with now . viewing is welcome cash on collection .anyone with less than 10 feedbacks will be deleted if do not contact me 1st All due to lots of timewasters getting winning bid on caravans and not showing up to pay and collect .
