Here I have my Avondale 4 berth caravan in ok condition year is 2004-2005 No damp in the caravan apart from the front left hand side nothin major, the caravan is a 4 berth the dinette bit turned into bunk beds. The caravan floor and roof is in good condition kitchen area all working, including fridge/freezer, oven, sink ect. I would recommend buying new carpet to whoever is next owner but ok for now, this caravan does have a end bath room all in working order shower hot and cold water, sink, there’s one big wardrobe in bathroom and a sitting spot, toilet all works flush ect. The caravan does have a thew marks in places inside and out so please don’t be disappointed, the spare trye to the caravan is under the floor witch lifts up. The blinds in the caravan some do work but need sorting out but is not a problem as I have the blind parts just ain’t had the time to sort out, back lights work outside. Unfortunately I only have the key for the front door and 1 of the external lockers lost keys to front not rlly a big problem as the front I’ve managed to unblock but now comes on and of needs a new lock fitting to it not rlly a big problem, tows rlly nice tryes have been checked ready to go.
